1. Install TalkMate

   Open TalkMate.dmg, then drag TalkMate into your Applications folder.

2. Install TalkMate

   Run TalkMate_x64-setup.exe. If Windows shows "Windows protected your PC", choose More info, then Run anyway — that notice appears because TalkMate doesn't yet carry Microsoft's paid publisher certificate.

3. Allow microphone and accessibility access

   TalkMate needs the microphone to hear you and accessibility access to type at your cursor. Your speech stays on your Macdevice.

4. Allow microphone access

   TalkMate needs the microphone to hear you. Your speech stays on your device.

5. Download the models

   Setup downloads the speech and cleanup models. Dictation and cleanup run on your device.
