Refund Policy

The short version: if you buy TalkMate and it is not right for you, tell us within 14 days and you get your money back. All of it, for any reason.

How to get a refund

Email [email protected] from any address, with your licence key or your Paddle receipt. You do not need to give a reason. Orders are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), the merchant of record, so you can also request the refund from Paddle directly via the link on your receipt. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

Why the window is enough

TalkMate is free to try for 14 days before any payment, with nothing held back — so by the time you buy, you already know how it works on your machine. The 14-day refund window after purchase is on top of that.

Your statutory rights

This policy sits alongside, and does not reduce, the consumer guarantees you have under Australian Consumer Law or the equivalent law where you live.
